Kiva Semi-Independent Apartments
- Nine bed facility consisting of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments for SMI adults (can have co-occurring diagnoses). Members must have some type of income to pay for rent and other costs.
- Staff are intensively trained and have a strong foundation in psycho-social interventions. Services are delivered in the member's own apartment to target individual treatment needs and skill development in needed areas.
- Medication management and assistance with integrated and behavioral health appointments is provided by staff on site.
- Most members are engaged in community programming to include: school, work programs and off-site behavioral health groups.
