Kiva Semi-Independent Apartments


  • Nine-bed facility consisting of one- and two-bedroom apartments for SMI adults (can have co-occurring diagnoses).
  • Members must have income to pay rent and other costs.
  • Staffed 24/7 to provide support and assistance to members and promote progress and success.
  • Staff are intensively trained and have a strong foundation in psycho-social interventions.
  • Services are delivered in the member’s own apartment to target individual treatment needs and skill development in needed areas.
  • Medication management and assistance with integrated and behavioral health appointments is provided on-site by staff.
  • Most members are engaged in community programs including: school, work programs and off-site behavioral health groups.
